Chales hell no I brang it up and I'm staying true to it. I am starting my own label with only people choose this year I'm signing Mr. Criminal to the label I will announce the new label in April.

-Q: People think Hi Power is like a Gang or a group can you give me details on it

Hi Power in not a gang or a click it's a movement. People think everyone from Hi Power are all friends and homies but that's not true at all we all got our own homeboys i got my homies from the hood and some of the vatos from Silverlake that grew up with my hood those are mostly the homies i kick it with. MR. CRIMINAL NEWS

On December 22, 2007 while traveling through Arizona, Mr. Criminal was stopped in his 2008 Cadillac Escalade and arrested for drug possession and possession of firearms. Arizona has a zero tolerance law and Mr. Criminal was booked into La Paz County jail facing nine years for three felony charges. He was bailed out next day by a Hi Power staff representative.

Question: What's up Lil Tweety how has it been?

Well, I have been out of the game for over two years and I am finally back on the music scene. You Know My Name in stores January 22, 2008, still a youngster and still dropping heat.

Question: You were the youngest Chicano Rapper when you got started, you looked like 12 years old, how has things changed for you?

Well I’m still a youngster in this game and still learning from my peers and getting the hang of this business part of this. Now I am ready, I am a youngster with street knowledge and know the game as I have traveled throughout the US in my younger years with Mr. Capone-e and the Hi Power Soldier’s.

Question: What can we expect from this new project and for the ladies?

Well ladies, your boy is back with You Know My Name, which was my most important project to date and was a labor of love. As you all know, I was the first rapper to tattoo Hi Power on his arms to show my dedication to the Chicano Rap game, I am back stronger than ever, enjoy this CD as it was a long time coming and my best work to date!

As of January 2, 2008, Mr. Capone-E has turned over power to run his labor of love to Mr. DaVinci, who purchased Hi Power Entertainment from Mr. Capone-E and will take over all operations from this day forward. Mr. DaVinci got Mr. Capone-e out of lawyer debts and criminal offenses. He also paid off his IRS and all debts owed by Hi Power Ent. which exceeded 500k. Now Mr. Capone-e can operate more freely and concentrate on his music and not worry about label business and bills getting paid.
